Jesus Sends Out the Twelve Apostles
“Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness. These are the names of the twelve apostles:
first, Simon (also called Peter),

James (son of Zebedee),
John (James’s brother),
Matthew (the tax collector),

My Thoughts: I can’t even get into the story because I can’t get beyond the title and those first two verses! Apostle…, Disciples…, Apostles! Are these men Apostles or are they Disciples? Did you wonder too?
